Questions, answered
How do member downloads work?
First, log in with the same email you checked out with (the account icon, top right). Once you’re signed in, every product page swaps its cart button for a Download button. Click it and the file saves straight to your device. No checkout, no waiting.
What does “5 downloads a day” mean on the monthly plan?
Monthly members can grab 5 different resources each day, and anything you’ve already downloaded that day can be re-downloaded free. Annual members have no daily cap at all.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in two clicks from your account page. You keep access through the end of your paid period.
Can I use the printables with my whole class?
Absolutely. Every resource is licensed for your own classroom or family. Print as many copies as your learners need.
Do new releases cost extra?
Never. Everything we add to the shop is automatically included in your membership.
