Stomp, stretch, and breathe like a dinosaur with this dinosaur yoga pack for preschool through second grade. Kids balance like a stegosaurus, stretch like a pterodactyl, and stand tall like a Jurassic tree with 12 kid-friendly poses.
A teacher guide walks you through mindful breathing exercises, like balloon breath and flower breath, to pair with the poses. Every pose comes as a task card with step-by-step directions on the back, with back pages for every printer direction, plus full-page posters in two styles.
Everything comes in full color and in black and white. A natural fit for brain breaks, dinosaur units, calm-down corners, and indoor recess.
