Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds for digital products purchased on our website. Once a customer has completed a purchase, the product is available for immediate download and cannot be returned.

However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that would warrant a refund, such as a technical issue with the product. In such cases, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue or provide a refund, at our discretion.

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 14 days of purchase and provide a detailed explanation of the issue. We will investigate the issue and work towards resolving it or issuing a refund.

Please note that refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the product has been used or shared beyond the terms of the license agreement.
